THE PROJECT

Call Copy, Inc. is one of the fastest growing companies in the call recording/quality monitoring industry. Call Copy helps organizations improve their overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies through the implementation of call recording, speech analytics and other contact center solutions. Their unique combination of innovative products and dedication to its customers has separated Call Copy from it's competitors, and has resulted in dramatic and consistent organizational growth and success.

Call Copy needed to relocate their office headquarters as they had outgrown their office and needed additional space to allow for future growth. Price was a key factor in deciding which systems manufacturer to select, as well as a product that can be flexible and could adapt as they continue to experience rapid growth. The systems also needed to be delivered very quickly.

This extremely competitive project had AIS up against some of the big manufacturers: Steelcase, Haworth, and Herman Miller. AIS prevailed with the Matrix product, offering Call Copy the image they were looking to project as well as the functionality at a great price point.

Matrix 82" high panels were used to establish the different departments and add a very open environment within the departments, encouraging collaboration and communication. Markerboard tiles were also selected throughout the space for impromptu meetings and brainstorming sessions.
