• Project included over 250 locations spread over multiple states.
• Work was completed with minimal disruption to store operations.
• Managed refrigeration and baking equipment that required special training and skill to move and install.

• Coordinated timing of installation so that most jobs were completed after hours, between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., to avoid interrupting store operations.
• Provided storage and shipment of reusable furniture to satellite locations to save on purchase of new furniture / restaurant equipment.
