Tony Gugliemotto

Tony Gugliemotto is the President of Commercial Works Planning and Management group. In this capacity Tony oversees client services related to Project Management, Design, Space Planning and Furniture Specification and Order Fulfillment. Tony joined Commercial Works in June of 2003.

Prior to joining Commercial Works Tony held senior management positions in the corporate real estate divisions of both Bank One and Cardinal Health. Tony’s 20 years of corporate experience includes planning and managing capital projects, real estate transactions, lease administration and day-to-day facility management.

Prior to entering corporate real estate, Tony spent eight years in research and development with Owens Corning Fiberglas and five years in the US Air Force.As a graduate of Central Ohio Technical College Tony holds an engineering degree in Electro-Mechanical technologies.

For community service, Tony is the current board president for the Ohio Wildlife Center and a member of the Dublin Rotary.
Some of Tony’s ongoing client relationships include JP Morgan Chase, Huntington National Bank, Franklin County, Ohio and Deutsche Bank.

Tony is a proud father of five and lives with his wife, Sue in Dublin, Ohio. For leisure, Tony enjoys golf, hiking, gardening and cooking.
